Deep cleaning of canopy hoods, filters and plenum to remove carbon, particulate, grease and other deposits that build up to surfaces as part of the catering process. This service is offered on its own or part of a kitchen deep clean or grease extract duct clean. We are a member of the HVCA.
Areas treated :-
- Canopies / hoods.
- Filters - mesh, baffle or catridge. (Aluminium, stainless, galvanised).
- Plenum - area of the hood behind the filters.
Recommendations
- Client always has filters in place during catering activity.
- Routine cleaning of filters (please see the HVCA's guidance documents).
